very new to SC; I was wondering if there were any Granular Synthesis patches for SC3.

Hi Ray, you may want to take a look at the TGrains UGen Help File.
(select TGrains in a document and Cmd ?).

it would be really neat if the code samples/little apps posted in the old forum and the list would be available somewhere.... or as Quarks!

maybe the original posters could enlighten us with an encore.

Also, master Joshua Parmenter has some nice things on his lib about this.

I just noticed this thread again, and have actually just released a number of granular synthesis UGens... they can hand SinGrains, FMGrains, and grains from buffered material.

Download the entire set of library extensions at:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/sc3-plugins/

or just the JoshUGens library.
